Melissa Soong (宋诗琪) is a 26-year-old business professional from San Gabriel, California, known for bridging generations through strategy, service, and cultural pride. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing Analytics from Northeastern University, studied international business at East China Normal University in Shanghai, and is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Southern California graduating this May. 

Professionally, Melissa brings a background in product management and strategy, helping Fortune 100 companies design smarter marketing and shopping experiences that better serve their customers and communities. Following graduation, she will work in mergers & acquisitions management consulting at a Big Four accounting firm, supporting executive teams through high-stakes moments such as acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale business transformations. This client-facing work allows her to partner closely with senior leadership on some of their most complex and high-impact challenges. These skills extend beyond her professional work into her leadership as President of the Marshall Consulting & Strategy Club and her long-standing 9-year commitment to mentoring future professionals through organizations such as Dress for Success.

Since 2021, Melissa has proudly co-hosted the annual Valley Asian Cultural Festival, an event that brings together families, small businesses, and diverse communities to celebrate Asian culture. Through her participation in the Miss LA Chinatown program, Melissa hopes to honor tradition while empowering the next generation—serving as a bridge between business and service, and between heritage and the future.

Melissa在上海华东师范大学学习国际贸易，拥有美国东北大学市场分析专业的学士学位。今年5月， Melissa将会完成在南加州大学的研究生学业，获得工商管理硕士学位(MBA)， 并将无缝衔接， 任职四大会计师事务所之一的咨询顾问。

Melissa在攻读研究生学位之前，曾任职一家广告巨头公司的高级项目经理，帮助过多个财富100强企业设计智能营销和客户购物体验策略，助力企业更好提高产品影响力和公司利润。

Melissa凭着她对事业的高度热情，多元化的学历，充实的业务实战经验，及其极强的领导能力， 过去九年持续担任“Dress for Success” 等商业，教育和慈善组织机构的青年领导，成为当之无愧的学生与青年职场人士的榜样。自2021年以来，Melissa更连续主持了每年一度的圣佛南度谷地区的亚裔文化节，共同庆祝亚洲文化的魅力，宣传亚裔为美国发展做出的不可磨灭的贡献。 

Melissa去年骄傲地在南加大200多个出类拔萃的商学院学生中， 脱颖而出获选南加大马歇尔(Marshall)咨询与战略协会会长。

Melissa希望通过这次参选洛杉矶华埠小姐（Miss LA Chinatown）比赛，更进一步成为连接商业与公益、文化传统与未来发展的桥梁，为中美经济，文化，挤术的交流作出更大的贡献。
